Our vehicles are very good, new brands 2010-2017 models Land Cruisers, buses and minibuses, with fridges, electric inverters, air condition and more facilities. We have professional guides (English, German, Spanish, Italian, French, Russian, Japanese and Chinese speaking), excellent drivers acting also as driver-guides, very good cooks, excellent camping gear (new tents with mattresses or bed, showers and toilets, tables, chairs, light and all needed) and professional office personnel.

Following the need of our customers of better accommodations, we have started then building also resorts & lodges in special places. The EMERALD RESORTS & LODGES own & manage the Emerald Resort Arbaminch &
Emerald lodge Turmi. The EMERALD RESORT ARBAMINCH have 3 restaurants (1 international, 1 barbecue, 1 traditional), 2 bars (1 indoor and 1 pool bar), swimming pool with spectacular view over Chamo & Abaya Rift Valley lakes and Netch Sar national park, a new spa with massage (professional trained massage therapists), sauna, steam, a modern gym, indoor and outdoor games while EMERALD LODGE TURMI have new rooms (total 32 rooms now), new restaurant viewing Hamer villages, a barbecue area, 1 bar, outdoor and indoor games, spa with massage (professional trained massage therapists)
